The Challange
Client needs a whitening lotion designed for the Malaysian market, targeting teenagers and young women. The product must represent a modern Malaysian girl—fresh, confident, and naturally radiant—while remaining culturally relatable and aspirational.


Our Solution

The solution applies a bright and girly color palette to create a youthful, cheerful, and approachable look, supported by a cute doodle-style icon featuring three Malaysian girls representing Chinese, Indian, and Malay backgrounds. This design celebrates cultural diversity while reinforcing inclusivity and a strong local identity.

The client wanted to create a food and beverage packaging brand called Tapaw, inspired by “tapau”—a Malaysian slang term for takeaway food—while building a strong, recognizable identity that reflects convenience and local culture.

Create a cute branding and packaging concept using red and yellow to symbolize prosperity, featuring a cat mascot holding a food package, with “Tapaw” written in a bold, chonky font to make the brand fun, memorable, and eye-catching.
